Note:&#x20;

* `premiumTo` in "Close Short" has the same length as the `premiumFrom` in "Open Short", but the line is moved down such that only `tokenToOwed` is sticking above `amountToAdd`. Moreover, since `tokenToOwed` is capped at `premiumFrom`, the maximum `amountReceived` is `amountToAdd`.
