• premiumTo in "Close Short" has the same length as the premiumFrom in "Open Short", but the line is moved down such that only tokenToOwed is sticking above amountToAdd. Moreover, since tokenToOwed is capped at premiumFrom, the maximum amountReceived is amountToAdd.
